ATHENS AGRICULTURAL CENTER cooperates with the courier ACS Courier.
The products will be sent to the address you specify when submitting your order within 1-2 working days from the day of the order. In inaccessible areas of mainland and island Greece the delivery times are 4-5 days. You can of course always follow the progress of your order through our website.
Shipping costs are three (3) euros for packages up to two kilos, for heavy and bulky packages the shipment is made with a Transport Company and the costs are adjusted accordingly.
In case you choose to pay by COD, there will be an additional charge of two (2) euros. Also, if you wish we can send you the Shipping Number (Tracking number) to see where your order is. Upon your request your order can be sent by another Courier, Post or Transport company.
Ιn periods of extreme weather events or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay. Orders placed from Monday to Saturday and until 15:00 pm are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday, as well as on public holidays the next working day.
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the product he bought, for any reason, even unnecessary, and to request a replacement or refund.
The products are accompanied by the corresponding order documents. The customer has the option to choose the type of document he wishes to issue (retail receipt or invoice).
Finally, it should be mentioned that the goods are transported at the risk of the buyer.
